The Company formulates the policy of dividend payment in the ratio of not below 40% of net profit from separate financial statements of the Company after deduction of corporate income tax and allocation of legal reserve.However, the Company may consider paying dividend differently from the formulated policy subject to turnover, financial liquidity and necessity to use as working capital for business management and business expansion of the Company as well as economic situation.
